Why do i add a run, jog, or walk into my programs?
I'm a firm believer that health is more than just looking good. You need to be physically healthy, internally healthy, and mentally healthy.
So although going for a run, jog, or walk is going to help burn calories, it's also going to give you some time to clear your mind. It's going to get you outside with fresh air, friendly people (well, i hope!), and do you a world of good in so many ways.
