Vanilla Raspberry Panna Cotta (Low Carb!)

This keto-friendly Panna Cotta is a sure way to curb those sugar cravings without eating something too naughty, and while staying in ketosis!


  • 600ml full fat cream

  • 65g powdered stevia (40g serve, and 25g serve)

  • 10g gelatin powder (6g serve, and 4g serve)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean extract with seeds (or vanilla extract)

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 4 tbsp water


Panna Cotta

  1. combine 6g of gelatin with 3tbsp of water and set aside

  2. Pour cream into a saucepan and stir over low-medium heat

  3. add vanilla bean extract and 60g of stevia, and continue to stir until you see small bubbles

  4. add the 6g of gelatin and stir until dissolved.

  5. Pour the cream into 11 servings cups/bowls, and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Raspberry Topping

  1. In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of water to 4g gelatin powder

  2. Add in raspberries and stevia and stir.

  3. Remove Panna Cotta cups from the fridge

  4. Spoon the raspberry mixture on top of the panna cotta.

  5. Put back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
