Sometimes plain oats get boring. Why not add something extra to your breakfast catalogue like this Strawberry Shortcake overnight oats!
5 strawberries cut into quarters, fresh or frozen. Alternatively, you can use raspberries like the below photo
1 cups quick oats
100ml almond milk
100g of greek or plain yogurt
1 tbsp strawberry jam (I use Natvia as it's sugar-free!)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
10 sugar-free white chocolate chips (I use the brand, Noshu)
Sugar-free maple syrup (I use the brand, Queen)
Combine your oats with your almond milk in a bowl.
Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Begin to create your layers in your jar or bowl. 1 layer of yoghurt, 1 layer of berries, 1 layer of oats mix, and 1 layer of jam. Continue until your jar (or bowl) is full.
Top your oats with the remaining berries, and your white chocolate chips!
