No bake keto choc peanut butter slice

Sometimes you just need a treat, but the sad reality is that most "treats" are jam-packed full of carbs, and that just doesn't work when you're trying to stick to a ketogenic diet! So, here is my 10 minute, easy make choc peanut butter slice!



  1. Combine all bar ingredients and pour into a small baking tin (6-8 inch)

  2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat 10 seconds at a time if needed.

  3. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the bar mixture.

  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour until the bars thicken.

  5. Serve
