No bake keto choc peanut butter slice
Sometimes you just need a treat, but the sad reality is that most "treats" are jam-packed full of carbs, and that just doesn't work when you're trying to stick to a ketogenic diet! So, here is my 10 minute, easy make choc peanut butter slice!

Ingredients
3/4 cup blanched Almond Flour
60g unsalted butter
1/4 cup powdered stevia
1/2 cup natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (for topping)
Instructions
Combine all bar ingredients and pour into a small baking tin (6-8 inch)
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat 10 seconds at a time if needed.
Spread the melted chocolate on top of the bar mixture.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour until the bars thicken.
