So, this recipe was given to me by one of my besties, Sam, and I've drunk it almost every day since. If you're a peanut butter lover, continue. If not, still continue.
I've actually always hated peanut butter, until now. This is the only form I will ever eat it in (or drink!).
1 ripe banana
1/4 frozen blueberries
35ml of sugar-free maple syrup (I use Queen)
250ml of unsweetened almond milk
1 serve of Macro Mike vegan protein powder (peanut protein-based), or similar
Blend all ingredients together and you're done!
