My all time favourite SMOOTHIE! And it's vegan!

So, this recipe was given to me by one of my besties, Sam, and I've drunk it almost every day since. If you're a peanut butter lover, continue. If not, still continue.


I've actually always hated peanut butter, until now. This is the only form I will ever eat it in (or drink!).




Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 frozen blueberries

  • 35ml of sugar-free maple syrup (I use Queen)

  • 250ml of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 serve of Macro Mike vegan protein powder (peanut protein-based), or similar

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together and you're done!

Fat: 8g
