Low Carb Pizza Crust

I'm not going to lie, this is probably one of my favorite food hacks to date!

My partner is a huge pizza fan, but i try to avoid store bought pizza at all costs due to them being soooo high in calories.

Introducing the LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST! And it's super easy to do!


  • 2 cups of Almond flour

  • 2 tbsp of Coconut oil (You can also use Olive Oil, Ghee, or unsalted butter!)

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1/2 - 1 tsp of Sea salt


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 Degrees Celsius

  2. Line a pizza or baking tray with baking paper, and set aside

  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until a dough forms. You can also do this with an electric mixer!

  4. Remove the dough from the bowl, and place in a ball on your line pizza tray.

  5. Place another piece of baking paper on top, and roll the dough out to you desired thickness.

  6. Remove the top piece of baking paper, transfer the pizza base to your oven.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until brown.

  8. Top with desired topping and serve! My Favorite: Sliced tomato, Buffalo Cheese, Prosciutto, and Olive Oil.
