Low Carb Brownie (Only 98 calories!)
If you couldn't already tell by my previous posts, I'm a sweet tooth! I love finding and creating new recipes that allow me to eat amazing foods while still achieving my goals! So without further ado, I introduce the LOW CARB BROWNIE! This could also be used in a ketogenic diet!
The great thing about this brownie is that it uses natural and clean ingredients like almond meal and cacao powder, a natural superfood!

Ingredients:
1 cup of Almond Meal
1/3 cup Cocao Powder
1/4 cup Avalanche sugar-free drinking chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil (I used Sunny Vale cholesterol spread)
2/3 cup powdered stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Line a brownie tin with baking paper and set aside
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl using an electric mixture
Pour mixture into the brownie tin, and smooth using a spoon
Bake brownie in oven for 20-25 minutes
Remove brownie from the oven and let sit. NOTE - It will feel really soft. It will harden as it cools down.
Once cool, cut into 16 slices and serve!
