Okay, guys and girls, this chocolate mousse is literally TO DIE FOR!
You've probably seen my previous keto chocolate mousse, which is really thick and heavy (still amazeballs though!). Well, this chocolate mousse is light, airy, and 100% delicious!
35g cacao powder
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
70 ml Sugarfree Maple Syrup (I use Queen)
80g powdered stevia
50g sugar-free drinking chocolate (I use Avalanche)
600ml light thickened cream
Place all ingredients in a bowl
Use a spoon to mix the dry powders into the cream before using an electric mixer
Once combined, use an electric mixer to whip the mixture (This will take some time as we are using light cream!)
Once it gets to a whipped cream consistency, stop beating
Pour into 7 glasses/containers and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more)
