Keto Peanut Butter Pancakes

So you're wanting to try a ketogenic diet, but all the recipes you've seen are hella boring? Why not try my peanut butter pancakes!




Ingredients:

2 tbsp heavy cream

2 tbsp flax meal

1 large egg

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (see my top 10 alternatives post for the one I use)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp butter (to grease the pan)


Instructions:

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl

Grease your pan with the butter, and bring to low-medium heat

Pour your mixture into the pan, and cook until the top side bubbles.

Flip and cook the opposite side.

Serve with sugar-free maple syrup, berries, or other low carb toppings!
