Is your eating getting in the way of your goals?

Updated: Oct 13, 2020

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your current shape, your eating plays a key role in your results.

It’s also the main reason people give up on their goals.

What if I told you there was another way?

No eating chicken and broccoli every day. No weight loss pills. No stupidly low calories where you feel like you could eat your own arm because you’re literally starving!

My key to success what through FLEXIBLE DIETING.

Now, you’ve probably heard this term before but I want to clear some things up before I direct you to a 30 day program that’s going to set you up for success!

  1. Flexible dieting is exactly that, flexible. In a nutshell, you’re going to stick to a certain amount of calories, carbs, fats, and protein each day, and you get to decide which foods you eat that fit those values.

  2. Your macros are going to put you in a calorie deficit for weight loss, or a calorie surplus for weight gain. Your protein will be determined by how active you are and your goals, and so will your carbs and fats.

Now, whenever I talk about flexible dieting I always have those few people that say something like this:

”Does that mean I can eat Macdonalds, Ice-Cream and Cake every day as long as it fits my macros?”.

Technically, yes...but before you decide to go to the dark side let’s talk about appearance vs health.

If you goal is to lose weight and you stick to your macros every day by only eating junk food, you will lose weight. Does that make you a healthy person though? Hell no!

While you may look great on the outside, I guarantee your body is hating on you, and let’s be honest...unsettled gut and clogged arteries really isn’t the way to go.

So what should you do? Find balance.

Fuel yourself on clean foods, but when you want something naughty, have it! Flexible dieting is about enjoying the best of worth worlds, not living purely off junk food OR rabbit food.

I’m hoping this is all making sense to you, but you’re probably thinking this is all great in theory, but how do I figure out my macros?

Lucky for you I have a free program that’s going to guide you through the first 30 days! Not only will my program show you how to calculate your macros, but it will send you daily reminders for meal preparation and calorie counting!
