High Protein, Low Carb Nacho Chips
Something I'm passionate about is making sure that my food is somewhat normal. I don't believe in strict diets, i believe in balance. These Nacho chips are going to give you the best of both worlds.
They're super easy to make, really high in protein, and you can use them as biscuits or chips!

Ingredients:
75g Almond Flour
150g Light Tasty Cheese
50-100ml Almond milk (as much as needed)
Paprika to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 110-120 Degrees Celsius
Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Place cheese and almond milk in a saucepan over low heat and stir till melted.
Stir in almond flour, paprika, and salt and pepper. Continue to stir until a paste is form.
Remove mixture from saucepan, and place on the lined tray.
Place another piece of baking paper on top, and roll out the dough until it is super thing (like a biscuit!)
Remove the top piece of baking paper, and use a knife to cut into chips.
Place in the oven for 1-1.5 hours.
Remove when crispy.
