Healthy Apple Pie
Who doesn't love apple pie? It's an absolute favorite in my house, so this healthy apple pie is a great alternative!

Ingredients:
Crust
1 1/3 cups oat or almond flour
1/2 cup powdered stevia
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp water
Filling
4 peeled apples, sliced thinly
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
optional 1/2 cup raw walnuts, diced
optional 1/2 cup sultanas
Crumble Topping
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat or almond flour
1/2 cup powdered stevia
1/4 applesauce
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. You will need an 8-inch cake tin.
Line the bottom of an 8-inch springform tin with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine all crust ingredients, starting with the dry ingredients and adding the wet. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer to the baking tin, covering the tin in an even layer of dough, and bake 10-12 minutes.
Mix the apple and sweetener in a bowl, then pour over the baked crust.
In another bowl, combine all crumble ingredients. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples, then bake for 1 hour or until apples are soft.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from the tin
