Healthier Cheesecake (or bites)

I am a huge sweet tooth! So having the option to eat something "treat like" is a must for me. Try this healthier Cheesecake recipe, in either treat or cake size!


  • 350g cream cheese at room temperature (I repeat, cream! Not cottage! I made this mistake the first time)

  • 1 cup of plain or Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup stevia or alternate natural sweetener

  • 2 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Line the bottoms of a cupcake tin with parchment paper.

  3. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

  4. Pour into the muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Open the oven door, turning off the heat, and leaving in the oven for 5 minutes.

  6. Take out of the oven and let sit for an hour to cool. Refrigerate overnight.

Additional notes:

If you would like a crust, press crushed biscuits of choice (graham crackers) into the bottoms of the tins.

You can also make this in a cake style, and cut to serve
