Cheesy Keto Quiche

Not only is this quiche extremely tasty! It freezes great, is easy to make, and makes 6 serves!


  • 250g frozen chopped spinach, thawed

  • 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped

  • 4 large eggs, whisked

  • 500g full fat cottage cheese

  • 250g grated cheddar cheese

  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and other low carb vegetables


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees c.

  2. In a saucepan on medium heat, add spinach until soft. Drain any liquid.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients, stirring until combined.

  4. Continue stirring until cheese has melted and you have a gooey consistency.

  5. Transfer mixture into baking dish and place in the oven uncovered.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes - 1 hour, or until the top is lightly browned.

  7. Serve
