You read it right! These meringue kisses only have 6 calories!
And the best part is that they're super easy to make!
3 egg whites
85g powdered stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
optional - food coloring
Pre-heat your oven at 110 degrees celsius
Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until foamy.
Slowly add in powdered stevia and vanilla extract while continuing to beat. Do this until a smooth, fluffy mixture develops.
Scoop the mixture into a piping bag (or, use a zip lock bag and cut a corner off).
On a tray covered in baking paper, pipe the mixture in a small circular motion (20 small meringues).
Place in the oven for 1 hour, or until meringues are lightly browned.
Remove from oven to cool, and then place in a container until needed
